Psychology defines self-esteem as one’s general sense of self-value. It can also be described as, opinion s, feelings, and thoughts about oneself. While it is normal to sometimes lack self-confidence, people with low self-esteem feel displeased about themselves almost always. If you value yourself, and therefore your time, you will do meaningful things, which make you valuable. You cannot pursue essential things without a suitable amount of self- value. Instead, you get stuck in a sequence of diminishing yourself and not ever doing any important thing to increase your sense of self-worth.
